  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after confirmation of payment.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or new launches, processing time may extend slightly.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.


2. Shipping Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Within India: 4–7 business days after dispatch

  • Remote Locations: 6–10 business days depending on courier serviceability

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can monitor the delivery status.

If you do not receive tracking details within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable for delivery

  • Refusal to accept the order

Reshipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.


7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly damaged.
