Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims for damage/defect.

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, altered, or if the request is raised after the specified time.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers

  • Minor variations in color, weave, or texture (these are natural characteristics of handcrafted textiles)

  • Size or preference-related concerns


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Mandatory unboxing video (for damaged/defective claims)

Our team will review and respond within 2–3 working days.


4. Return Pickup Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable).

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be requested to ship the product to us.

  • In such cases, shipping costs will be reimbursed (for approved defective/damaged items only).


5. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Customers must share bank details securely when requested.


6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping will be covered by us only in case of damaged/incorrect products.


9. Important Note on Handcrafted Products

Many of our products are made using traditional techniques.
Slight irregularities in weave, print, embroidery, or color are not defects but a hallmark of handmade authenticity.
